1) Honestly, how can I get the best deal for my stay?

The lowest rate available, lower than in major travel websites, can be found on our own website through the Orange “Book now” button. You may also LIKE our Facebook Page and benefit from occasional promotions.

2) How many people can sleep in your Suites?

Both of our Suites have one King Size bed (2m x 2m) and one Sofa bed (1.40m x 2m) in the living room. Two adults can sleep in the King Size and other two adults in the Sofa bed. Or two adults in the bedroom and two children in the sofa bed?For us it isn’t a problem whichever way you want to go but we want you to feel comfortable and at home.

 3) Are pets allowed? I have a small very nice, super clean dog that never barks and sheds.

We love dogs but no pets are allowed in the Hotel. Sorry.

4) We are three people. Can we book a Double too and add an extra bed?

If you are three, for your comfort we suggest you book a Quadruple Room (2 big beds) or a Suite (one king bed and a sofa bed). We do not have extra beds to add to the rooms.

5) Are you somehow connected to apartments and villas in Cannes?

No, we aren’t.

6) Do you have rooms adapted for persons with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the structure of our building doesn’t allow us to receive wheelchairs and we don’t have a lift to assist persons with reduced mobility.

However, we are sensitive to particular needs of our clients and we are always ready to help. We are in the process of adapting one room for visual, auditive and motor handicap.

7) I’ll be checking in after 11pm, is that a problem?

No, it isn’t. However, please contact us close to your arrival date to explain you how to access the Hotel and your room even after reception hours.

8) Please reserve a parking space for me.

Our parking is free for our clients and available in a first-come, first-served basis.

9) Do you have special measures to ensure a Covid-free stay?

Yes. We follow a strict set of hygiene rules that have been implemented since June 2020, besides the standard sanitary measures. Feel free to contact us for more information.

10) What are your free and paying services?

It’s easy. You only pay for your room, breakfast (if not included), additional drinks and tourist tax. Everything else is free, including WiFi and our valuable parking lot.

11) What are your opening hours?

Our reception is open from 8am to 8pm. There will always be someone to welcome and help you during these times. Don’t worry, you can arrive outside opening hours if you let us know in advance, and you’re free to come and go at any time with your key. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 11am. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

12) How big are your beds?

Our double rooms have a 140 x 200 or 160 x 200 king-size bed. Quadruple rooms have two king-size beds (160 x 200). Our suites have a king-size bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed (140 x 200).

13) When and where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in our lounge from 8am to 11am. You are welcome to enjoy it on our beautiful terrace. However, if you’d like certain items to be brought to your room, just let us know. Or, if you’re in a hurry and want to take it away, we have paper containers available.

14) I’m arriving early, can I leave my luggage with you? Or after I leave, can you keep it for a few hours?

Yes, of course. We’ll be happy to store your luggage safely if your room isn’t ready when you arrive, and we can store your luggage for a few hours after you leave. Just make sure you collect it at the agreed time, as we won’t be responsible for it afterwards.

15) Do you have a restaurant for lunch and dinner?

No. Our hotel only offers breakfast. However, there are a few places around the hotel for lunch or dinner.
